When you use MBOUTMAN shop or import request forms, we may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, city or country, requested product details, quantity, notes, and optional referrer name and Mobile Money number.

How We Use Information

We use this information to respond to product requests, import requests, item reservations, customer questions, and shop follow-up. We may also use submitted information to send confirmation messages or internal notifications to MBOUTMAN administrators.

No Online Payments

MBOUTMAN does not collect credit card details, online payment details, or payment gateway information on this website. Any purchase or import follow-up is handled directly by MBOUTMAN after we contact you.

Storage And Service Providers

Information submitted through the website may be stored using Microsoft Azure services and may be sent through Microsoft 365 email services. We use these services to operate the website, store requests, and send notifications.

Facebook And Social Sharing

MBOUTMAN may use Meta/Facebook tools to publish MBOUTMAN posts, product listings, and blog content to our Facebook page. We do not sell personal information collected through this website to Facebook.

Who Can Access Requests

MBOUTMAN administrators can review shop requests, import requests, and item reservations. Writers or product listers may have limited access where needed to publish content or list products.
